Jack Said Just Show Up, Amaryllis II

The amaryllis my friends gave me in January 2011 prompted me to make many sketches of it, both on a Zen water colour board and in my sketchbook and to take several photos of it. One day I did a series of very small sketches that I, somewhat facetiously, called "32 Views of Amaryllis" as by that point I was beginning to feel that I was being a bit obsessive!! Based on one of those sketches, I completed this work in February 2011.
