Acrylic on panel, 24" X 40"
Working from photographs taken with one of those disposable panoramic cameras, I painted "Rushing to the Muskoka Moment " in 1996. In 2014 I had the opportunity to buy it back from the owner who had purchased it at a charity auction. Twenty years after painting the first version, I revisited the old photos and completed version 2 in July 2016.
